Can any one from the DEC / Dayabasti area tell me that , whether a train from DEC towards Patel nagar , really has to pass from Kirti Nagar station , or can by pass it via Rail over bridge at circular railway !
There are two lines from DEC towards Patel Nagar , one climbs the slope to go above the Circular Railline and the other one keeps at grade passing through dense jhuggi area..
would like to know from where , VB from DEC towards UMB will go..
