Second and Furthermore, Can you ask concerned ppl / authorities (e.g. Southern Railway) to clarify "with the situation in Chennai, would it even begin this as well as the other Chennai KTS Spl" ?

I understand the pain and grief of Chennai but I dont know what to say further.
