FM is Forum Monitor. The one who monitors the forum for its decorum and other lower maintenance activities such as removing duplicate entries or blank pnrs, providing fixit on TLs, etc.
FM score is the score you earn when you are an FM. Vigilance score is the score you earn by giving complaints to FMs. You see that report button on the right side, it sends your complaint to the FMs.
