Thanks for welcoming our long-time member Ramesh to the Admin group. As the site grows more complex, there is forever a greater need to administrate and moderate the site better, given the busy lifestyles of our Admins. We get approx. 1.5 million visitors every month on this site, with just over a dozen active Admins keeping an eye on things.
Given the above, we shall be looking to add more Admins. In almost all cases, Admins are already long-time and familiar members of this site, and already have a good reputation here.

Any of our existing Admins also may refer others to be included in the Admin group. As mentioned in a previous post, we shall also be enhancing the Admin/Member profile information, and summarizing the same in a distinct page.
