Can anyone please help me in traversing from BBI (Airport) to Puri.
State Transport like Mo Bus or Train like Dhauli Express, which one would be easy to navigate and reach Puri. Considering the fact, I will be traveling with family, I am unable to plan hassle free journey between BBS and PURI. R, Mahesh

Since you'll anyway end up spending North of 1000 Rupees on Public Transportation (800 for basic AC Bus Fare to Puri and Return for 2 People)
I would've suggested you to strictly go by Car to cover more ground in a Day but I see you arriving Bhubaneswar at 3 PM. It'd be too late for visiting multiple places and waste of money to go by Cab as you've already lost 9 Hours from the start of Day.
If you're planning on staying overnight at Puri, then it's better that you go by...

For this plan, Bus would be a far economical and more worthy option.
You can ask for Timings to Konark and further on to Bhubaneswar from there at Maltiputpur New ISBT Puri once you reach from Bhubaneswar.
You could check for Cab hiring although I fear options could be a little more on the expensive side as people normally book cabs from Bhubaneswar mostly. Although there might be reasonable options available due to considerable crowd all year round.
