The problem is, if any railway zone puts up a proposal for a train to Vasco, it is rejected by RB, SWR straightaway. SWR might cite freight constraints, Mormugoa Port etc. for that.
2 months back, even WR had proposed a Diwali special between Rajkot and Vasco but was rejected.
And we know the possible reasons for this rejection.

But political pressure can actually give trains like Jasidih Vasco express. Some NE politician if pressurized can do it.
Yes but that should be mostly from that region because Goa MPs and SWR don't care to give trains to Vasco from other states. All they care is Mumbai - Goa connectivity.
