was intended to plot in opposite direction to that of coimbatore madurai intercity express, so it will be much useful.
Also in the tourism aspects, it connects ooty and Kodaikanal, also connects 4/6 abodes of lord Muruga, etc..
4 rakes, PM at TBM, other end maintenance at Nagercoil and Mettupalayam.
