no direct trains from DLI/DEE/NDLS won't stop at bijwasan .. as observed in case of NZM and ANVT..
DEC is only getting stops because of large cantonment area.. historically this has not been an area of great traffic or rail demand as compared to Eastern / western and southern axis.. hence you would see frequent stops of SF like pooja and ashram which stops at GGN . garhi harsaru , pataudi etc..
