An attempt for a daily Superfast connection between Chennai Central - sengottai, which provides newer connectivity in a longer route and it will take only 1 hour extra in this route than If it is via the shortest route. Provides day time capital city connection for sengottai, tenkasi, sankarankovil, rajapalayam, srivilliputhur, Sivakasi, karur, namakkal regions. Also it provides day time connection from podhigai belt to the east kongu, dharmapuri (from morappur), Krishnagiri (from jolarpet), arcot belt and chennai central, from where it could be easier to catch the west/east/north bound long distance trains.

Added AVD, VN and BQI. rest are not required. DG is a better place for transit for Kodaikanal as Kodaikanal bound buses pass nearby to junction area, if not, bus stand is just 1.5 kms away. So KQN not needed.
Kindly provide your opinions and flag on this connectivity in a different route. Connecting podhigai belt to the east kongu, dharmapuri (from morappur), Krishnagiri (from jolarpet), arcot belt and chennai central, from where it could be easier to catch the west/east/north bound long distance trains.
