12661/62 not RSA with 16713/14. It was old RSA. Currently 12661/62 RSA with 12631/32; whereas 16713/14 RSA with 16723/24. Also 12661/62 was not 24 coach rake as mentioned before. It was only 23 coach rake with only one UR in one end. Can admin update this correctly, please
i wont say you are rught.. but there was a little confusion this... soon we will sort this out.. ready for a long discussion...
we have been discussing this a quite a long time in recent past.. check the fourm of podhigai and sethu express. iF possible get a picture of the board indicating its RSA..
The RSA change happens just 1 month before. Members those who are in Chennai and passing thro Chennai Egmore regularly are know about this RSA changes.
