I think it is better to make fares 1.4 to 1.5 times the present SL fares, this would also gauge the response of the SL public to the Fare Hike. I hope IR takes a bold step in this regard. Hiking SL fare is much better than changing composition of trains. Already, TOD trains take 1.15 times the charge if I am right. 1.15 times would be less, but still better than nothing.
A proper fare hike will also encourage the IR Management Officals to run more AB Trains without AC coaches.

The other two normal WAP 5 will be used as spare when the Vande shadharan WAP 5 will go for maintenance to Howrah loco shed

Good pointed out. This government only worries about votes & elections, not about common people, not about deaths & sufferings of Indians during Demonetization & CoViD mismanagement.
Given the track record of IR, they for sure might use vinyl wrapped normal LHB coaches for future amrit bharat trains. Personally speaking, rather than introducing new trains under amrit bharat, IR should ramp up production of WAP-5s and start using push pull setup for the SF and M/E trains too, specially those with many stops enroute.
even i have a feeling that these 2 wap-5 ka same halat hoga jo tejas wap-5 ka hua tha, not even used once in any tejas express till now, instead dono push pull locomotives separately ghum rahe hai all over india with different trains
