Yes more of election related optics it seems. Had these been of higher frequency then it might have served some purpose. Dont think the migrant workers or other passengers ( who want to travel at lesser fare) will wait for one day of the week specifically to board this train. I dont think there will be much reduction in regular daily trains where SL and Gen have been reduced
