The show was purposely run to highlight & emphasize on the fact "Vande Bharat Trains are better than Shatabdi & Janshatabdi Trains. If the current govt. returns to power in 2024 again, then Indian Railways will do away with all Shatabdi & Janshatabdi trains. Vande Bharat will replace all Shatabdi trains & Vande Metro will replace Janshatabdi trains from 15th August 2024 onwards".
I don't know how they will replace but definitely it's current govt which is going to form govt again may be RM will be changed,I'm expecting Nithin gadkari sir As Rm or Jothiradithya Scindia as he is talking about railways frequently
That is an open plan .. VB will replace Shatabdis and all intercities !
shatabdi is OK but why JS, it was a different concept to facilitate fast non AC travel. Its comparison with VB is absurd.
Vande bharat will replace shatabdi, double decker, Uday and in future Tejas also because these are chair car trains as vande bharat
