No chance of a reverse AADR VB, even the current one is being filled by CDG.
We may rather see a reverse VB from Chandigarh (Kalka), Haryana is the only state now which doesn't has a dedicated VB. I expect one before Haryana elections, which may actually halt at intermediate stations between Chandigarh and Delhi to acknowledge it as Haryana VB.
