Firstly originate/terminate this train from ANVT(UP) not from DELHI... and now by permanently diverting this train via the long route via MLDT-BGP... Railway is just doing vote bank policy and ignoring NE people's.... Instead of diverting this train railway can easily introduce a new rajdhani from NJP/GHY via MLDT-BGP That can gives more seats to inroute passengers....
