What is correct coach position of 12954 Nzm Mumbai AK Raj Exp.

IRI shows A1 as 1st coach after locomotive whereas official Indian railways pnr status after chart prepared status shows 19th which means last (See attached screenshot).

I have seen As towards the terminal end at MMCT. So probably IRI info is correct.
