Yeah... SCOR can also concentrate on improving the railway infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh. There haven't been many new tracks developed in the past 50 years. The BZA and GTL divisions may be earning good revenues, but in terms of railway infrastructure and budget allocations, things are pretty lousy.

The way SCOR is being handled seems like a political decision from the government. It's funny how the Railway ministry keeps saying in Parliament that there is no ETA or fixed timeline for SCOR operations. I mean, how can they have a task without a deadline? It seems like the Railway ministry doesn't have a proper plan or course of action for SCOR issues. When SCOR was announced, the media said it would be operational in 6 months with Piyush Goyal as the Railway Minister. But now Ashwin says there's no fixed timeline.
