Thats true, wont happen in current state of Indian Railways, it will sound radical to babus sitting in Baroda House :)

But if Private operators were to run, they will run atleast 5 Vande Bharats daily from Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Jammu, Himachal side to Gurgaon alone. They would target the Volvo passengers who travel from these states to Airport/Gurgaon on a daily basis.
