Police in Ghaziabad engaged in a shootout with a gang involved in stealing electric cables from metro and rapid rail tracks. One gang member was injured in the shootout. Police arrested six members of the gang, including the injured one. Three scrap dealers were also arrested, who bought the stolen cables.
