There should be increase in number of Passenger Platform Number of the Sivasagar Town (SRTN) Railway Station under Tinsukia division is needed To Be Increased with FOBs. Many Curvy Stations like NBQ, BXJ and Many more Have Curve with more Platforms so SRTN should get More Platforms as It was Listed as Model Station & Amrit Bharat Station Scheme so it should be having More Platform also Platform Shed should be installed and It's An Important Station of An District Headquarter where Many Pilgrims Visit and And Is Located Near ONGC Assam Asset.

I Got Reply From TSK Officials that
Existing PF length was 200 m and its length has been increased to 200 more m in DBRG end and further increment of 150 m length is in progress towards Simaluguri end which will be completed by March 2024. Further there is no crossing of any trains at SRTN due to presence of SLGR junction and MRHT station and KRHT station has been constructed for three lines where crossings takes place. Curvature of 4.5 degree at SRTN does not permit inside platform construction as per manual , PF construction in otherside is not feasible. Now the PF length at SRTN will be 550 m which is feasible for any kind for train for boarding or detraining. KRHT and SLGR are within 15 km where train crossings are allowed with all facilities.

Maujooda PF ki lambai 200 m hai aur iski lambai DBRG end mein aur 200 m aur badh gayi hai aur Simaluguri end ki taraf 150 m aur lambai ka vistar chal raha hai jo March 2024 tak poora hoga. Aur SRTN par koi trains ka peechhaabandi nahi hota hai kyunki SLGR junction aur MRHT station ki upastithi ke karan aur KRHT station teen lines ke liye banaya gaya hai jahan peechhaabandi hoti hai. SRTN par 4.5 degree ka curvature kisi bhi manual ke anusaar andar waale platform ka nirman nahi deta, doosri taraf PF ka nirman sambhav nahi hai. Ab SRTN par PF ki lambai 550 m hogi jo kisi bhi tarah ki train ke liye safar karne ya utarna baithne ke liye theek hai. KRHT aur SLGR 15 km ke andar hain jahan train peechhaabandi hoti hai saari suvidhaon ke saath.
