It will be an vote on account budget for 3 months for general administration for both General and Railway Budget so they may not be any new allocations or new trains. They will just add cosmetic policy lines to attract and divert public attention to both budgets. Evryone is expecting a decrease in fuel price as the Barrel rate is constant for an year and also some increase in IT limit or SOP.
