Virendra Singh 14 blog postsi am travelling on 1st December, 2012 by 12424 DBRT Rajdhani. My 1st AC tickets are in GNWL 1 & 2. i saw on this sites that in Foreign Traveler quota 1 tkt is available and in high officials Quota 2 tkts are still available. i suppose if these tkts are not booked before preparation of chart, then they will be available for us.
am i correct & should hope that my ticket will be confirmed.

Yes they will be allotted to you, if no other VIP person is there.
In first AC, a VIP is allotted a berth first, then general public.

if it is showing that these high official seats are available it means there is no VIP as of now.. am i right???
Cant say.. I am not sure about that. But yes there are high chances of this.
Actually the VIPs generally plan their journey at the 11th hour, so it is possible that they apply just a day before...
Secondly some might get a waiting ticket and then get it confirmed through HO quota afterwards.
There might be applications pending to be processed.

Ya as of now.. but VIP's tend to schedule their travelling at the last mintue only for security reasons..
what to say about these VIPs.... just don't wana comment here...
