Refund of PRS tickets under all circumstances should be done via direct cash transfer scheme.

I like your point connecting to AADHAR card. But, I myself dont have an adhar card. What can I do till I get aadhar card? Why they cant they use irctc for the refund process also. You have your prs tkt in hand, then all they need is to enter PNR details and give the bank account number and other details and cash would be transfered in good number of days.
