Change in composition of ns smvb ns ( bza snsi bza rake) and there is no extension in periodicity for sc rmd sc special. With the above rsa it seems bza snsi bza extension to mtm will not happen anytime soon. Apart from that have to see Circar extension to pdy and tpty qln introduction takes place before elections or not.

Simple reason constraints is the only answer you get. At pakala gnt tpty rake is stabled I think, so mtm dmm via tpty can be run upto kadiri but they find cancellation is the only solution.
