Reservation Centre and Main offices fall in Uttar Pradesh, currently construction going on in that area for redevelopment.
Goods Yard falls under Uttarakhand.
My Junior described it to me when I visited that place to meet District Collector there.

are no markings as such for different states. In that belt you'll find Houses divided among Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. They take electricity connection from which State bills them cheaper.
