Blankets and pillows provided in sleeper class??? or its AC class

Aastha spls have only Sleeper class and no AC classes. People of SL generally carry blankets with them and till 2020 April every train used to have 12SL with 864 travellers. I couldn't understand why many people concerned about blankets in Aastha spls.
