Post Covid, all train numbers starting with 0 (zero) charge Express fare in all MEMUs.

that's why I've logged a grievance today.
Why only this train starting with 0 will charge Ordinary Fare and not Express fare?
I've also asked was it done to avoid STONE pelting on the famous section.
