Nomenclature tags such as King and Queen are 'fondly' used within RF community only. Indian Railways doesn't consider trains with such suffixes.
IRI is navigated by non RF community people too hence abiding to train's official name is preferred as it's been as such since inception. We have a section for other name as 'Kolkata Rajdhani' which is used popularly by the civilians.
