Travelled in 22447/22448 between New Delhi and Chandigarh yesterday, here are few observations -
1) 22447 departed 7 minutes late from NDLS, arrived 7 minutes late at UMB and 10 minutes late at CDG
2) 22448 arrived/departed 10 minutes late from CDG, arrived 6 minutes late at UMB and 5 minutes late at NDLS

more... Seats looked very old, not so clean
4) Washrooms were wet & water leaking right since origination at NDLS (shocking to say the least), in return journey they were stinky as well
5) Good part was didn't make a single unscheduled halt in both up and down journeys, all skips were mainline skips. Not even a single loop line skip.
6) Train slowed down 5 times in up direction due to maintenance/caution and 4 times in down direction
7) Food/snacks in both directions oily, not fully cooked, not warm and not enough either
8) Decent boarding from UMB in 22448 of Delhi bound pax. due to road blockage at Haryana/Punjab Shambhu border
9) 60-65% boarding/deboarding in both 22447/48 is from/at Chandigarh only
Ratings -
1) Cleanliness - 9/10
2) Rake Maintenance - 6/10
3) Food - 4/10
4) Washrooms - 4/10
5) Punctuality - 8/10
6) Run/ journey time - 10/10
7) Seating comfort - 6/10
Overall, a below par experience. Possibly an old rake with not much focus on maintenance and food. Vande Bharat not worth the hype is my impression after this journey.
Controlling by both UMB & Delhi division was excellent.

8) Decent boarding from UMB in 22448 due to road issues at Shambhu border
9) Most passengers boarded/deboarded at Chandigarh

Overall, not a great experience. Old train with poor maintenance and food quality. Vande Bharat didn't meet the hype based on this journey. UMB & Delhi divisions managed it well though.
