This site is blessed with some authentic,promising,well established and as well as upcoming photographers.Why not encourage their skill set and recognize their talents by starting an annual contest with a custom made trophy.Cash prize/reward can be added to but the initiative is more to do with appreciating the effort the guys put in.It would be nice as we all can chip in with some contributions to cover the costs of the trophy.The Mod and Admins. can start a campaign as...

far as designing the trophy is concerned and everyone who loves to sketch/draw can submit their work.We can have a poll or the Mod or Admins. can decide to finalize the selected one.
