Travelling on 31242 BP SDAH local from BP to SDAH.
Maitreyi, Bandhan's link maybe now running light.
HWH WDM-3D are amongst the last surviving giants of the bygone era when substantial part of the country was unelectrified and Diesels would rule those track.
My favourite Diesel track used to be the Prayagraj - Itarsi section, trains would literally fly in that section with Diesel locomotives.
Unlike the ET-BPL-BINA section which was limited courtesy...
