It would not work great. Train used to have RSA with Island during ICF days. This legendary train was completely spoiled cause of Island Crawler once upon a time and always less clean and wont make to MS on time. Then they changed it to TN maintanence and the train got improved. Its a bad plan if they move it back as SWR train. Its a no no for Cape people to have RSA with Island
