(F) All concerned Rlys. must ensure timely watering and cleaning of the rakes (.)
(G) Rlys will ensure to provide advance pilot to E.S.FTR trains in nexal prone area ,especially during night movement of the E.S.trains.
(H) All precautionary measures/actions with respect to covid-19 pandemic, be taken including sensitization & fumigation of rakes prior to birthing on PF and if required, during the run by en route railways.
(I) The party will ensure that "personnel earmarked for the journey will be medically screened.
(J) Zonal Railway should ensure that all necessary commercial formalities as per extent rules are complete and necessary guideline followed before start of the journey (.)

(A) Itinerary mein diye gaye rukhne kaaj ke liye hote hain, agar pehle khatam ho jaye toh train ko pehle hi start karni chahiye.
(B) Shuru hone wale railway ko special train ki fitness ko har taur par dekhna chahiye aur sahi samay par start karna chahiye. Shuru hone wale railwae ko ICMS mein profile banane ka bhi dhyan rakhna chahiye. Railwayon ko yaad rakhna chahiye ki asal chalne ka samay update karna hoga.
(C) Sabhi concerned railways ko election special train aur judi rakes ki "top priority" movement ka dhyan rakhna chahiye.
(D) Rakes,agar khali hain, toh unnhe proper escort ke saath bandh kar unauthorized safar se bachane ke liye dhyan rakhna chahiye.
(E) Is election FTR Spl rake ki BPC ko maujooda guide lines ke hisab se punah tay kiya jana chahiye.
(F) Sabhi concerned railways ko rakes ka samay par paani dena aur saaf karne ka dhyan rakhna chahiye.
(G) Railways ko nexal prone area mein E.S.FTR trains ke liye aage ke pilot ka intezaam karana chahiye, khaaskar raat ko E.S.trains ke chalne ke samay.
(H) Covid-19 mahamari ke sath sabhi savdhani upay / karyavahi li jani chahiye, jise PF par laane se pehle rakes ko sanshodhit aur dhuan laga kar dhyan mein rakhna chahiye, agarche zarurat pade toh safar ke dauraan en route railway ke dwara.
(I) Party ko dhyan rakhna chahiye ki safar ke liye nirdharit logo ki medican parikshan ki jaye.
(J) Zonal Railway ko dhyan rakhna chahiye ki safar shuru hone se pehle sabhi zaroori vyapari prakriya as per extent rules poora ki jaye aur journey ki suruwat se pehle zaroori margdarshikaon ka palan kiya jaye.
