Why railway testing this train so many times. Other VB trains just tested 1-2 times and good to go.

NR LKO Division Varanasi Ayodhya Lucknow Route pe Superfast Train chalane waala hai.

It has been carelessness on part of Northern Railway.
As Ayodhya expected influx of passengers,
NR sud have taken care of various kinds of upgradation (e.g. FEDL, track upgradation, etc) well in advance (lets say, completed by Dec' 23)

The entire existence of NR in Uttar Pradesh was to cash in on Freight through Non NCR Routes and be a hurdle everywhere. Existing everywhere and nowhere. Varanasi Outer, Lucknow Charbagh Outer, Jaunpur Stations, etc. we can see problems almost everywhere.
The attitude was to maintain Status Quo- let it be as it is... only problem ? Supreme Court verdict came out of syllabus and now Ayodhya is the focus of entire country.
