In the routes where VB is operating it has to overtake 3-5 trains and effecting it'd schedule and punctuality add to it on high freight routes the freight trains need to be lopped atleast 30mins before which is effecti h other trains too. When loops are not available VB are trolled behind express trains and are late by 5-15 mins. So they have given 15mins slack fir all these 10 new VB
