I can't able to understand why there are too much political parties influencing in Railway sector jobs. Since my childhood I am seeing these type of things. They have affiliation with different political parties. They are getting nice salary, pension, PF etc etc but the main problem is often blaming Ministry of Railways and Central government not doing this that etc. I see associations for OBC,SC and ST community workers too. Also why railway board is allowing these things? I am not offending any railway employee who is sincerely working for the nation but I want to question them those who are not working properly and telling that we are in this union that union etc and not working from a common passenger whom traveling in train for years. These pics were taken at Royapuram ELS outside. I need your comments and answers from your side.

In Indian, politics is everywhere, in fact one can't survive without being political and most of political parties try to portray themselves as messiahs of people by various means.
So, this all will continue but with the time these politically affiliated unions will be made weak by govt
