As I mentioned earlier, EDFC was completed this year and inaugurated by Honb'l PM recently this year.
After operational EDFC, the congestion on DDU-CNB-GZB will greatly reduce, this is what I've been trying to convey :)
And the sad truth is that Bihar did not get any new regular new train for Delhi recently..
