I heard that from the 1st Jan 2013 Strict rules for the WL ticket holders will come in force. According to this rule which I heard, WL passenger whose ticket remains in WL on the date of Journey cannot travel in the reserved compartment. Previously, WL passenger can travel & If the relatives are there in the compartment with the reserved ticket then He can share the sit also.

My friend told me that when he is travelling in came from Rajasthan yesterday, He say TC collecting money from WL pax & telling that rule will become applicable strictly from 1st Jan. I have some suspicious on this.
