I have a PRS CK ticket for tomorrow from LJN to SC. The ticket is misplaced. Can I get duplicate tkt from PRS? If yes, then plz provide the process to get it

As per new Tatkal Ticket norms ::
Duplicate Tatkal Ticket would not be issued in case of loss of ticket.
And in emergency situations, the passenger would have to pay full fare afresh for duplicate ticket.

thnx.. I think it purely depends on PRS clerk's wish whether to treat the case as emergency or not. right?
