Both vb poor occupancy as of now they could have easily extended to puri touching bbs like tirumala ( ru tpty ru) so that some pilgrims can travel to puri. I think politics & prestige to have vb killed many vb in terms of occupancy without actual assessment of potential traffic in respective sections.
