Vikramshila used to be a part of Magadh before, right? It used to run along with Magadh back when it started... Then later they separated. I don't think any train is safe in Indian Railways now. If Rajdhani can be diverted, anything can happen. Although I hope Vikramshila doesn't go anywhere because it has a very important connection from cities like Bhagalpur. In Bihar, they shouldn't touch trains like Sapt Kranti, Sampoorna Kranti, Vikramshila, Bihar Sampark Kranti, Mahabodhi, etc., but you can't trust Indian Railways.
