Recently travelled from Pune to Trivandrum and Vice versa in 3AC.
Punchuality= Very Good. It was right time or before time on most of the stations. Lot of slack time given to this train.
Food=...
more... It was Good. Little bit overpriced but taste was Good. U can depend on Pantry food on this train.But most of the times they were not selling RailNeer bottle from Pantry.
Cleanliness= Pathetic. This was the major minus point in this train. Cleanliness was pathetic. There is no Onboard Cleaning Staff. In AC coaches lots of cockroaches were roaming, Toilets were stinking, All the dustbins were overloaded they were not emptied in the whole journey. Due the this whole AC coach was stinking as the floor was dirty and it was not cleaned.
As in Pune it has only 1.3 hrs trurnaround time. Cleanliness is done secondary. But from Kanyakumari end Cleanliness was pathetic.
Conclusion= If u have other options then try to avoid this train.

Time= Bohot acha. Zyadatar stations par samay par ya usse pehle time par pahuncha. Is train ko bohot zyada extra time diya gaya tha.
Khana= Acha tha. Thoda mehenga tha par swad acha tha. Is train par Pantry ki khane par bharosa kar sakte ho. Par zyadatar samay woh RailNeer ki bottle Pantry se nahi bech rahe the.
Saaf-safai= Bekar. Ye train ka sabse bada drawback tha. Saaf-safai bekar thi. Onboard Cleaning Staff nahi tha. AC coaches mein bohot saare cockroaches ghoom rahe the, Toilets gandhe the, sabhi dustbins bhare hue the, poore safar mein kisi ne bhi unhe nahi khali kiya. Iska matlab AC coach gandha tha kyunki farsh ganda tha aur saaf nahi kiya gaya tha.
Pune se sirf 1.3 ghante ka turnaround time tha. Saaf-safai ko secondary consider kiya gaya tha. Par Kanyakumari se Cleanliness bekar thi.
Nateeja= Agar tumhe aur options mil rahe hain toh is train ko avoid karne ki koshish karo.
