The line connects Howrah Maidan to Dharmatala, offering a convenient commute for office workers and residents. The Howrah station has seen the highest number of passengers boarding the metro, with over 3.15 lakh users, followed by Howrah Maidan station with 2.55 lakh passengers.

aur office jaane walon aur area ke residents ke liye bahut helpful hai. Par, sabse zyada khushi to Ganga ke neeche travel karne ki hai, is wajah se bahut saare log office time ke baad bhi yahan aate hain. Howrah station se sabse zyada log metro mein chadhte hain, 3.15 lakh se zyada, aur Howrah Maidan station se 2.55 lakh logon ne is line ka safar kiya hai.
