The best thing would be to hand over the train to ER's SDAH division, the train can easily be run from KOAA terminal. Though it is not HWH or SDAH but overall transportation to KOAA has improved by leaps and bound.
KOAA CDO is still not yet over-loaded by trains to the extent HWH is...
The only problem would be for a new slot to be found between KOAA/HWH-DHN & KTES-JBP!
