22416 has poor record of running in schedule. It's got late often or say daily in up / down both direction. Catching chauri chaura @ PRYJ / PRRB is not possible if VB gets late by more than 30 minutes at CNB itself. if chauri chaura departs from PRRB then you have to look for other options.
If chauri chaura departs then you have option of buses which will fetch you to your destination.
