➡️Dinner at around 9:00p.m. includes 3 paratha, paneer sabzi, dal, rice, pickle, curd, salad and 2 gulab jamun; In the morning at around 7.00 a.m. tea, small packet of Marie biscuit (2 pcs. biscuits); Lunch at around 1pm next day.
