Hi All
One week Back I registerd with IRCTC and i booked some tickets . ANd 2 days back i forgot my password and i registered again with same email id and phone number which i have given earlier . It has not given any problem while booking the tickets but now my two accounts are deactivated as i used same email id .
Now I want to cancel some of the tickets from both the accounts urgently .

you have no other option. mail them ur pnr number.if there is no response then mail to railway with reminder and call them .

When i called them for verification , they are saying that the mail has not received. I sent it around 6 times from the morining. For me its showing in the sent items . But they are saying they were not receiving it . Iam in dilema what to do know .

if you have sent it properly, IRCTC will send an automated reply with a reference number... did you receive any? try care@irctc.co.in or etickets@irctc.co.in please.. you should get a reference number which is automated.. Please wait for 2 hours at this time since the server will be buzy preparing charts and releasing quotas.

I have 3 ids in irctc and all are not able to login using my uid and password. Also I am not able to retrieve it thru forgot password even though my security Q&A are correct. so looks like some trouble in irctc server. Hope will be corrected in couple of days. If we send email to etickets@irctc.co.in, I think there will be sure chances of cancelling the tickets.
