Hindi is the most widely understood language by most Indians. This train not only travels in West Bengal but through other states too where people understand Hindi but not Bengali.

them to learn our language we communicate with them in Hindi and also many of them do learn our language on their own without any one forcing them. It's called mutual respect.
You could have just said Railways should have added Bengali TBs along with Hindi rather than targeting Bihar.
