Its definitely incorrect. I checked for few of the trains whose CC i am aware off. All of them are incorrect.
It seems it gives the information about the entire rake including the spares. But not sure.

it anyways has 9 AC3 coaches, not surprising it got cleared.Maybe there werent enough tatkal takers and those seats got released.
DOJ is on 14th dec, so how come, tatkal tickets getting adjusted here???
Oh didnt see that. However for the same reason, the effect of extra coaches will be known after chart preparation only
