Long distance weekly trains operate for 4-5 days in a week and lie unused in yard after maintainance for 2-3 days. The Humsafar rake of Tirupati Jammu is stabled for 2 days in Renigunta. It is being used as spl to Hyderabad from the past 1 year. As they are NI works going in Vijayawada Khammam section the spl is cancelled and is running to Srikakulam 2 runs.
Hmm unfortunately JAT TPTY Humsafar is diverted and 12 hrs delayed. That delayed the special.
For today's special the incoming JAT Humsafar is late by more than 16hrs. It is better to cancel today's trip otherwise there is no point in running a total 16hrs journey train for more than 16hrs late. It may start tomorrow evening or afternoon if it is run.
